Cancellation and Return Policy
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Please carefully read this Cancellation and Return Policy before using our Services. This is a legally binding contract between you and Al-Hussaini Trading Company.
1. CANCELLATION
1.1. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
a) You may cancel your order due to any of the following reasons:
- If the delivery of the Product is delayed more than 15 working days and the Product has not been used, the sales contract will be terminated and the price refunded in full.
- If the Product has not yet been shipped.
b) In case of cancellation after the order has been shipped, cancellation fees will apply.
1.2. COMPANY CANCELLATION
a) We may cancel a Customer Order due to any of the following reasons:
- Error in the price of the Product
- Payment rejection
- Customer delay for more than 1.5 hours to settle payment
- Wrong delivery address or contact details
- Product not received within 15 working days
b) If cancellation occurs, the Sales Contract will be terminated and a full refund provided, minus any reasonable compensation fees.
2. RETURNS
2.1. The Customer has 3 calendar days to return & 7 days for exchange from the date of receipt, provided the Customer covers return expenses, except for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect product descriptions
- Price errors
- Delivery delays exceeding 15 working days
2.2. Upon receiving the returned Product, we will email a receipt confirmation and notify you of the refund status.
2.3. If the return is approved, we will notify you by email. Returns in different condition than original may be declined.
2.4. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
2.5. Refund amounts will be received within days following processing, subject to payment method terms.
3. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Policy. Changes become effective five days after publication. Contact CS@Alhussainitrading.com within five days if you disagree.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

PRICE MATCH TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Must be in a NEW condition with the same brand, model and reference number with its full sales package (Warranty, Original box, Documentation and anything else that comes with it if applicable.)
2. The price must be inclusive of 15% VAT, or a 15% will be added to the price of the item.
3. The Price match request must be submitted on the product page before purchasing. Any request after purchase will be declined.

5. We will review each request and if it met the conditions, we will send a payment link to the priced matched product directly to client's email.
